They are always there ,for me. Not only for mental health, but other things that goes wrong. Such as were I can get my car fixed. They have classes you can take ie yoga, cooking , and so on.

AVOID HARBOR FOR AUTISM ASSESSMENTS. They're incompetent! My therapist is absolutely certain that I have ASD, (I'm practically the stereotype of Asperger's), so I saw Dr.Mushtaq through Harbor to get a referral for a diagnosis, to help in my pursuit of SSI. I waited months to see these people, spent considerable money on cab fare, and took those tests for NOTHING.
