hot water took forever on the first night i stayed so that kind of set the tone overall fine i guess but nothing really great about it the rv spaces are basic
Harbor Bay is by far the best experience I've ever had renting a storage unit. The facility and units are spotless and well-maintained. Plus, Trelia goes above and beyond in every regard. When I first called, she spent at least 30 minutes helping me troubleshoot the logistics of getting my stuff delivered. When I moved in, she was there to make sure the unit was move-in ready. She remembers her customers by name. Rental agreements and billing documents are automated and accurate. So glad I found Harbor Bay.
