My experience with the Drysdale Property Mgmt office in Harbor Bay has been pretty mediocre. What I liked about Drysdale is their maintenance folks. They were fairly responsive answering my requests, especially Jenny, who worked there about a year ago. She went out of her way to see that my issues were taken care of. The current maintenance manager is pretty helpful and friendly too. Their office is located in a nice area on Harbor Bay with plenty of parking. Terrible. Does not respond to phone calls, emails, voicemails. Only available 10 AM to 4 PM. Run away from any of their listings.
