If there was less than a 1 for the review, this company deserves it! Very poor customer service. Very difficult to get a straight answer from them and do not follow through on what they say they'd do. The telephone receptionist is VERY rude and has very poor customer skills! On top of that, they came in $50,000 less than an appraisal done 6months earlier and $40,000 less than one done 3 months earlier! If you value your property, DO NOT use this company!
