Absolutely loved everyone’s energy. The experience was very enjoyable and kind and everything was explained to me and I appreciate how they truly take the time to speak with you and get all the information needed to help. Love it!
Everyone at Harbor is so helpful and considerate. The office and exam rooms are clean and comfortable, Dr is knowledgeable and takes time to hear your concerns, pricing is competitive, not just trying to make a buck but genuinely care about the pets…I am very glad I have found Harbor for all of my pets needs.
When my dog got hurt at the dog daycare, it broke my heart. A couple of days ago, I had a dentist appointment & I had to leave him at the dog daycare. My dog had been at that dog daycare for a year and he hadn't gotten injured before. Anyway, I got their message late because I had the phone on vibration mode and I couldn't hear the sound of the phone call. After I got the message, I got so emotional. We just moved to CA and needed a vet for our baby. After careful reviews on google and yelp, we decided to try Harbor Animal hospital. They were able to schedule a wellness exam the next day. Receptionists at the front desk greeted us and anyone else coming through the door quickly and warmly. Phones were also attended to efficiently.
