We have had Harbor Air come out twice. Both times the experience was very pleasant. They were down to earth people - both in person and on the phone. Their prices were very fair, and as I am a do it yourself person I ask a lot of questions, and they always answer them without any hesitation. Their number has made it onto my phone and will be the first place I call. Very simply put - they're professional in their trade and also feel like family. I trust them.
Alex came today by 10:30am on a FB page recommendation. Tiffany was great when I called desperate this morning at 8:30. Great service, great price and highly professional staff! Thank you for the cool air!

I was very fortunate to have Kendall come out and fix my AC unit. He was thorough and tidy. When I first called, Tiffany was pleasant on the phone and got back to me right away. Thank you to Alex as well for the initial contact. Harbor Air is professional and courteous.
Hands down best company I have had to deal with since moving here, out of all my installation/remodeling/repairing etc projects in 2 different homes. Highly recommend Harbor Air! They just came out on a Saturday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC, and installed the part in about 20 minutes! We will definitely be repeat customers!
