There aren't enough stars in the universe to remove that would make this review even more worth it. I've had an appointment through this joke of a place for 5 months and that because EVERYTIME an hour before the appointment (that includes taking time off work and kids out of school- I have 4) I get a call saying the comedian (therapist) is "sick" or "had an emergency". If I did that inside of a day cancelation, I'd get reprimanded and get a strike against me but this is, again, 5 months in the making and sadly I couldn't go ... read more

if i could rate a 0 I would. I have been with harbor for about 4 years and they have been nothing but disinterested in patient’s time, care, and wellbeing. Out of the 10 different therapists that I tried, not a single one could form a connection or remain consistent with their care for me. Psychiatrists are rude, and so are the nursing assistants. My son had an assessment done to see if he would qualify for services. She told me I would get a call to schedule my son's next step into the program if he needs it. Last week, Sunday evening. My phone rang once, and a voice message was left to return the call to get my son scheduled for a psychological evaluation. For a couple of days, I received no call back. This is in regards to chrysalis program. My wife drove 2 and a half hours with our small children to visit her family member in the program, she was turned away for being a few minutes late. There is obviously power struggles within their management. Pretty obvious they cornered the struggling mother market and got complacent.
