There is trash overflowing into the parking lot all the time. This is not considerate of the people who live there nor the community around it.

Unless you are in a very difficult situation and need immediate housing, I would strongly reconsider moving to Harvesting Garden. The units are spacious, and you do get a good amount of room for the price. However, the overall living conditions and management issues outweigh that benefit. There is a serious roach problem.
