I’ve come in a few times. The service was okay, and the drinks were good, but not consistent. Each time I visited, the workers seemed disinterested in my order. I’ve come in during the morning, afternoon, and night. In the morning, the girl was often in the back—it looked like she might have been eating or vaping. I love the different variety of pastries they have, especially the new egg sandwich they came out with was really good. Maybe they can add a little more of savory items that would be great. Also I wanted to thank Ahmed for being so welcoming and recommending the best latte iv had in a while
this became my new favorite place for matchas Never had a bad one till the other day it was like strawberry milk, and half of it was all foam couldn’t even drink it. At $9 a latte, there is zero room for error. Not only was my drink served cold, but the solution was a major health code violation. After I told the barista it was cold, they took the cup I had already sipped from and poured it back into the steaming pitcher to reheat it. Absolutely unsanitary and unprofessional. I won't be returning
The Coffee and atmosphere is 5 star! But I have encountered not so desirable barista's at this location 3 of them in particular! Need to have a bit more training on how to deliver 5 star service! I definitely recommend this establishment to all coffee connoisseur's!
