Overall, the food and drink was mid, and the customer service was challenging. First, I tried to place an order for a tea latte not featured on the menu, which I understand is a gray area, though I used to be a barista and probably could have made this work. The cashier simply did not understand so I ordered a tea with milk. I then asked to add a refresher to the order and the cashier suggested I order a different flavor of refresher, which I just thought was irritating.
