I am so thankful to everyone at Hawaii Allergy Institute. Dr. Harada is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and has great expertise with MCAS. Dr. Shibuya has great empathy and an eye for detail. They have both prescribed effective medications and referred me to excellent specialists. Everyone who works at the office is welcoming and has taken great care on my patient file. If you have a complex condition, this is a great place to be seen. They don't shy away from the complexities and want you to feel your best.
Amazing experience!!! From the welcoming friendly front staff to the awesome allergy technicians!!! Also Dr. Abigail Harada is very knowledgeable and provided care treatment that change my lifestyle . 10s across the board !!
"She doesn't see new patients if they have been seen by a different allergist in the state of Hawaii in the past 3 years." My daughter was "seen" by a different allergist almost 3 years ago, which ended up being a waste of time because he said she was "too young" at the time to do a blood prick test to see if she had a peanut allergy. So, even though my kid sat in the same room as an allergist but received no examination or medical care she is being barred from seeing Dr. ABIGAIL HARADA. Dr Harada is by far one of my favorite ever! She is so knowledgeable, listens, careful, doesn’t make you feel rushed and she is so kind! Even when I lost my insurance and had Quest, I continued to see her and pay cash due to not wanting to leave her practice. Her staff is also always very kind. They usually can get me in right away if needed and scheduling is easy. Definitely a 5 star review! Highly recommend.
