One of the tow truck drivers parks a massive flatbed tow truck on our residential street every night taking up valuable parking spaces that we already don't have. I called them to report this and they hang up on me. Do not use this company, they don't care about people!
I could not get any type of paperwork. Any kind of receipt of any sorts. My vehicle was not pulled into my driveway via the tow. The vehicle should not have been moved manually for 50 feet down the driveway as it had a major leak. The driver was very rude. Not happy with their tow service. Had to call my roadside assistance provider who sent this company & they reimbursed me in full, 100% of my cash back for this terrible service.
showed up without me calling them at the accident scene ,told them i have AAA and they said they will charge them to get my car towed and no storage charge since they are AAA facility, they LIED not that they charged me more than storage ,they also put a lien on my vehicle . DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR ,OR YOU END UP PAYING LOTS OF MONEY TO TAKE YOUR OWN CAR OUT.
