I could not get any type of paperwork. Any kind of receipt of any sorts. My vehicle was not pulled into my driveway via the tow. The vehicle should not have been moved manually for 50 feet down the driveway as it had a major leak. The driver was very rude. Not happy with their tow service. Had to call my roadside assistance provider who sent this company & they reimbursed me in full, 100% of my cash back for this terrible service.
showed up without me calling them at the accident scene ,told them i have AAA and they said they will charge them to get my car towed and no storage charge since they are AAA facility, they LIED not that they charged me more than storage ,they also put a lien on my vehicle . DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR ,OR YOU END UP PAYING LOTS OF MONEY TO TAKE YOUR OWN CAR OUT.
Rude and stupid tow truck driver
Dishonest and unprofessional service to say the least. They work with AAA. Fernando (driver) came by and he didn’t even bother to get off the towing truck even though he had been instructed to do so. I called their shop and spoke with Carlos and instead of helping, he just claimed that Fernando had waited for a long time, which was a complete lie. If you call AAA for towing services, ask them to not send this company.
