RecommendedI had very severe back pain and could no lift my arms above my head, he was able to loosen the back muscles and I was able to resume normal activities.
He’s very good at helping to open up tight areas like your hips, low back, neck etc...his approach is unique but very thorough. He’s helped me with my neck issues that was causing pain in both elbows similar to tendonitis, wrist pain from being ulnar positive. He’s kept me from getting sicking steroid shots or surgery. Well worth the time and cost! Drink lots of water before and after! He’ll get your lymphatic system opened up and moving!
Alan's technique is incredible! I walked in with so much pain and walked out with most of it gone. I know it will take several sessions to get me where I need to be. Alan is a down to earth kind of guy. He gives clear instructions as to how you need to position yourself. I am looking forward to my next session!

I went to have my lower back stretched this morning. I could tell it was going to develop into a Sciatic episode. After the stretch and cupping treatment, the pain is completely gone.
Alan Owens is very knowledgeable and does very effective treatment! He "fixed" my knee in one treatment! I now happily refer people to him, and I'm also an LMT!
Alan has helped both me and my wife Lori Taylor with sever low back pain. He definitely has the magic touch and absolutely knows his stuff!
