The staff are very cold to customers
RecommendedI eat there almost weekly. Best pizza in Rocky Mount. Great marinara sauce on the pasta. Hands down beats Olive Garden all day. Great and friendly staff.
New to town and we love eating at new places! Mama’s will definitely be a keeper! We had the pan Mama’s Special and it was amazing! It is the closest thing to a deep-dish Chicago pizza I have ever had without going to Chicago!! The menu was extensive and as I watched others get their food, it all looked delish! We also got the garlic knots (amazing) and a side of Alfredo to dip them in. Oh my gravy! The Alfredo was unbelievable! So rich & creamy! Can’t wait to go back and try one of their other dishes! My husband and I ate here tonight but no more and if I had seen the cooks before We ordered we would have left ....They were the nastiness people one was really bad I have seen homeless people on the corner of some streets that was cleaner that that man.....Why would a owner put someone out front for people to see messing with the food.?
Mama's Pizza, I am done with you!😡😠Didn't even acknowledge my daughter and I. And we were patiently waiting at our table. My money green too. 2019, this ish ain't right. Management call! I GUESS WE DIDN'T LOOK LIKE WE WERE TIPPING BIG!!!!!!! Oh yeah, waitress walks by with nose up and take orders of others that skin was not like mines and they arrived after us. Makes me Big Mad to experience this in 2019.

I was so disappointed in Mama’s Pizza and their treatment of customers, we had a party of 11, but were refused service for one in our party, a male, had in a sleeveless shirt. We had been working all day moving into our new home, the sign says no tank tops, not sleeveless shirts, By the way I (a female)!had on a tank top, what is the difference?? Unfortunately my business has been lost to them
Called to place an order for a large cheesesteak sandwich and a child's mini pizza... I was told by the lady on the phone I could not order a mini pizza unless my order was 15.00 or more??? Why???? The only answer I got was it's our policy.... I had your take out menu in my hand no where did it say that I could not order a child's pizza unless I ordered 15.00 or more. It's ok cause another restaurant took my order and my money!!!
