Fried shrimp was delicious, but, didn't care for the fried catfish.
Just tried Happy's tonight. Was wowed by the atmosphere. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the food, was friendly and provided great service. The food was fresh, hot, delish and I was surprised at the huge shrimp! Loved it

Happy's Fish House has shrimp nearly as large as my hand and fresh! You can tell by the taste that they get it directly from Louisiana. WONDERFUL!!!! Large portions. The atmosphere is great. A lot of thought and planning went into decorating. Tyler was needing a "nice" seafood restaurant.
Service is horrible.....waited for 15 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant, while the hostess went over the seating chart with someone that seemed to be a manager. They were also going over whose table section was whose. Others were waiting as well and all seemed to be annoyed. After being seated, and handed our menus, we sat there for 20 minutes with no waitress in sight. The other waiters saw our plight, but did absolutely nothing. We had a very good experience! Very good customer service, and the food was excellent! If you had a bad experience before, then you need to try it again! Fried shrimp & catfish was delicious! Our whole family had different items, and we all liked our food!
Our experience was no where near expectations. Food was good, atmosphere was great, but our service was poor.
