If I could rate this practice 0 stars, I would. I called a few weeks ago to get an intake for PCIT for my young child. Over the phone I communicated clearly and explicitly that we were calling to schedule PCIT. The scheduler stated this back to me and confirmed they were booking our intake with a PCIT therapist. I looked on the website at the therapists credentials after scheduling and didn’t see anything listed for PCIT. I then callled the scheduler back within the hour and requested to be rescheduled with someone for PCIT.... read more
My very 1st appointment was cancelled the night before. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later and that was also rescheduled. Tonight I got an email that have to reschedule again. I will not be rescheduling. I am going to go find a place that actually wants to help me. They don’t seem to want to help people who are begging for help.
