Just wanted to share how professional Eli was. It was pretty hot in here and it feels amazing now. He took time to explain to me the concern and also made recommendations going forward.
The technicians were amazing. They came to do the assessment and started explaining the whole process of cleaning the air ducts and the fair pricing. With my tight schedules they were able to squeeze me in due to my elderly parents’ health conditions. Joe answered all my questions and showed me how they actually do the cleaning and sanitizing. VERY HAPPY The representative was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything that would happen that day. He was courteous and very professional, you better hope you get Joe that comes out to your house! I told him about a minor issue I was having with my gate and he offered to fix that too!
