I am sorry to say I would not even give one star. I went in with a service question and it was like a ghost town in the waiting area. When a man came out he was very unfriendly and treated me as if I were bothering him and stupid. When I returned home I called to speak with the owner and a woman who never introduced herself said that was her. When I explained what happened her reply was that has never happened before. Beware! Bad enough this is a “Mom & Pop”, but with no service department or qualified technicians, you would think that they would over compensate with customer service. Just the opposite. They are a perfect pair, husband and wife are extremely rude and condescending. This is a selling dealer only. If you are not planning on completing ALL of your own repairs, don’t do business here. Not so Happy of a Trail, After the Sale!
