The staff is so caring and friendly. Dr Andres loves her job and it shows by the care she takes and caring for my furbabies.
We have been there multiple times with our Clyde. Have had great experiences. They are so good with him.
Very caring staff. Even though I lost my 2 babies this year, they did all they could to help, answered questions after hours, call to check on the fur babies. Dr Andres and staff all care about your pet as if they were their own. When another dog finds me I will instantly go there for all its needs. Thank you for all you do.
Dr Andres and her staff are wonderful compassionate people. I feel so comfortable taking my beloved pets to them.
Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Dr. Andres cares about my pets almost as much as I do!
Dr Andres and her staff are so loving and caring.They are very good with animals and I know I'm getting the best care for my furrbabies.She saved my cat,Ruby's life on a weekend late at night. I'm so glad the world still has people in it that care.
Went a few years ago and they were fantastic. Went back again a few days ago and it was a terrible experience. Paid $500 just for the vet to say they THINK something was the issue. She seemed fresh out of college and gave us 6 different medications that "might" fix the problem (none did) and kept going on about how it might he cancer or different extreme diseases. He was constipated. $4 at walmart fixed the problem. It also took an hour of waiting just to get him back even though we had called ahead and they were not busy.
