Since October 15, I have followed up with Nancy multiple times by email. No one ever responded from the travel agency and finally when Nancy did, her responses were that she “needs to investigate,” but no refund processed, and no resolution was ever provided. Thank goodness for American Express, they refunded us $5,000.
