Whatever you do, don’t ever make a 9 AM appointment because the Doctor will come in whenever she feels like it, she has no respect for other people‘s time. Why is there even a 9 AM appointment slot if you know the doctor is going to come in at 9:40?? This is probably my third appointment where I had to walk out after waiting 30 minutes for the actual dentist to come in. I have a few things to say about this place. First and foremost their appointment availability is limited, as a working parent who prefers not to have to take their kiddo out of school this location makes that very difficult. Afternoon appointments are limited here. Second, and most disturbing is that they don’t allow parents to stay with their children while dental work is being conducted. Exceptional care. All of the staff are friendly, courteous, patient and invested. It matters when someone cares and is passionate about their job. The office is clean and child friendly. There are murals on the walls. Hand painted and glorious depictions of various animals, wildlife and plants. It definitely lightens the atmosphere.
