the staff is awesome with Brock. They were with my last 2 dogs also. he loves to go there and they take such good care of him and treat him very well. I've never felt the costs were out of line for the procedures or the time they take. they are never in a hurry always thorough. Thanks for the great care
The assistant was great and then the Doctor came in and she was just excellent. We had a new puppy there and she covered everything and asked if we had any questions. The one thing we have always found when we go to Happy Tails, is that the doctors always take so much time with you. It's like you are the only person with an appointment. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Staff was very kind and helpful. Willing to work with my situation adopting and caring for a semi feral cat in an emergency situation
Love and respect the Happy Tales veterinary crew! Anyone who knows me know my kids in fur coats are my world and love them as I do all my family members . Happy Tales has been taking care of Nikki since their inception. Everyone at the practice has worked very hard to keep Nikki well, and I feel that they have her best interests at heart. I would never hesitate to recommend Happy Tails to anyone!
We were so happy with our visit. I honestly have never been to a veterinary hospital that was so nice. Not just one nice person, it was their entire team that went out of their way to make us comfortable as well as our cat and dog. I highly recommend your veterinary hospital!! I posted last night on my Facebook for all my Friends and family to see how much we loved your place and all of the staff. It’s a little bit of a drive for us but so worth it.
Excellent staff of people who are caring and show a great deal of compassion. They take the time needed for your appointment and make sure your pet is comfortable and feel at ease. I would recommend Happy Tales to all!!
