Yesterday was our first visit with our Abby. Everyone was kind and very thorough .
I can not say enough about the staff !! They were very caring, gentle and kind not to mention going above and beyond in treating Lilly. Excellent care !!
RecommendedOur first visit since Dr Baker left. I was happy to see Dr Jones and a lot of the same staff and some new, all very caring and attentive. Also seemed less expensive which is a big plus!
My dog hurt his leg and couldn't bear much weight on it last night or this morning so I called to see if I could get him in to get checked out. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that they had a full schedule already but I could drop my dog off and they would look at him in between other appointments. They were very professional and called to discuss things with me before doing anything that needed done. I highly recommend Happy Tales to anyone!
So thankful for Dr. Yurkon and his staff! This was the first time my cat, Kit Kat, and I had been there since it was Dr. Bakers place, so I didnt know what to expect. I couldnt have imagined a nicer more genuine Dr. or staff. They were so kind, gentle, and caring toward my very sick kitty and toward me, a very worried momma, as well. Thank you for making time for my baby and for helping him:)
It’s hard to find a vet in this county that will see you in an emergency... this clinic did and went above and beyond. The professionalism, compassion and respect for the animals and the owners is beyond impressive and much appreciated. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for helping our family in our time of need. The entire staff was the best of the best.
