Love having a local vet. We have four fur babies - two dogs and two cats. Our latest addition, 10 week old rescue kitty, had an upper respiratory infection and Dr. Vera was able to squeeze her in today to help get her well again. Thanks to her and the staff, all are healthy and happy. It's very reassuring that they care so much and are so close too.
Every time I visit happy tails the staff are all so wonderful. Whether it's for an appointment or just to walk in and say hi. I'm am always addressed when I walk in and Bella (my 8mth old puppy) is always treated so well. I love that they think outside the box to keep Bella interested in other things while she is getting whatever is needed at that time. Irresponsible staff. I was stopped waiting for the light to change. I observed a male vet tech with a dog on a leash on the grass by their side entrance. He was talking on his cell phone. The dog kept inching/pulling backwards and he completely ignored it while turning his head and talking on his cell phone. When he finally decided to do something (while not putting the cell phone down) he pulled the leash toward him while the dog continued to face him and pull backward. We trust all of our fur babies to Dr Vera, the best vet we've ever used. When I had to put my 11 year shepherd down it was very touching to have Vera sit with us through the process.
She has cared for 3 of my dogs now. Getting an appt. Is easy and the staff are great. Other than the price we really don't have anything negative to say. But really you get what you pay for and the services we have received have always been top notch. I have recommend her to everyone I know in the area, great vet.
