I highly recommend Happy Tails! I have tried nearly all the vets in Pasadena and nothing has compared to Everhart in Brooklyn. Time after time, I find myself driving a half hour away and a half hour home (which the cats don't enjoy). FINALLY I have found a Pasadena vet, not only as good as Everhart, but better!!! Today's experience with my cat was fantastic. Dr Calpeno is very gentle and knowledgeable. My cat could not have been more relaxed, even after her shots. Dr. Vera is very kind, caring and thorough. All of the techs and the staff are awesome. Dr. Vera is quite knowledgeable. I like that she has homeopathic treats and other products for joint mobility and anxiety. The facility is small but they manage the space well and your pet gets personalized care. My dog had a dental cleaning and has had minor surgery. Both were well done. They accommodated our working schedules. Our family (pets included of course) loves Happy Tails. The staff and Dr.Vera are always friendly and incredibly kind to our pets. One of our dogs was abused before we rescued her and is afraid of people. The staff is always so patient and gentle with her to ensure she is comfortable. Everyone at Happy Tails goes above and beyond to ensure great customer service. Dr. Vera is very knowledgable and everything she has recommended to improve our pets health has worked.
