I had an appointment at Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic on 8-18-20 at 3:30 PM because one of my three kittens was very sick. Unfortunately, I got out of work a few minutes late then had trouble finding my sick kitten when I got home. As a result, I was going to be a few minutes late for my appointment. I had the decency to call Happy Tails at 3:20 PM (instead of just showing up late) to let them know I was on my way and that I was going to be literally four minutes late for the 3:30 PM appointment. RecommendedNeeded to come in for an emergency and the staff was amazing. Top to bottom , it felt like we were being taken care of. My wife typically takes care of the animal visits , I went reluctantly and was so impressed with the entire visit. Would recommend this establishment to everyone. Thank you so much.
With the emergence of Corona Virus and increased number of deaths and reported cases of victims, it is advised to stay at home with your loved ones in other to survive this deadly virus but one has to go to work in other to earn money to buy food for the family..Unfortunately businesses are closing down due to this virus making it even more difficult to get money for those that totally depend on salary. I had a great experience today at Happy Tails! Have always liked them since I started taking my cat there several years ago but today my cat had her first dental cleaning & they did such a good job & I knew Bella was in good hands with them. Thank you Dr. Nasal & staff! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr.Nasal and staff are so awesome! I have two stubborn dogs; a husky and black lab mix. Both of them hate getting their nails cut but Dr.Nasal and staff were and always are so good with both dogs. Will not go anywhere else for a veterinarian! ❤️
I will never bring my pet there again. We boarded our small 9 year old diabetic dog with them for the weekend, thinking she would be safe. There was another larger dog staying there that had diabetes. Our dog was accidentally given the larger dogs dose of insulin. We changed vet clinics immediately and by that time it was just too late. She ended up passing away. I was heartbroken that they didn’t take care of our sweet dog.
Unfortunately, Megan and the team and Happy Vet have lost a decade long customer. Megan was rude on the phone, blaming me for waiting until the day before a holiday to call and ask for help. My dog can't move and it's an established pattern; he's 11 and I know my dog... Dr. Nasal and Megan were okay with my dog being in pain and not being able to move over the entire Thanksgiving weekend. They didn't want to deal with it until the following Monday, five days later. I absolutely love ALL of the staff at Happy Tails. They are always very professional and courteous to all the pets needs as well as the owners. I have been going here for 5 years now and they are all amazing. If you have a pet who is on meds and has been for sometime because it does help them, they will stick with it and/or offer better options to keep them going. They have seen my cats dogs and ferrets and thoroughly trust them all in making the best decisions for my fur babies. I highly recommend them to anyone!
