Love taking my pup here for grooming, boarding, and daycare and most importantly she loves going! The staff is amazing and professional and really treat my dog like their own!! We drive all the way from North Arlington because Happy Tails is the only place that I trust to keep my dog, very highly recommend!

By firing that groomer. She is big and fat and smells like stale cigarette smoke all the time. She says I am crazy because Iam old and educated. Really getting tired of her nasty attitude. I have been as nice as I know how to be and very toleramnt of her, but she is still just as hateful as ever.
Love this place for my pups! I recently boarded my nut of an 8 month old border collie there for a week and she had the time of her life! They gave her extra play time and even had pools out to keep the dogs nice and cool! This facility is always clean and that’s a BIG must for me! A few years back during an emergent circumstance I had to board my 2 older girls there for almost 3 months. My chow mix was especially hard to take care of due to medical issues and dog aggression. Happy Tails took care of my cat when I went out of town and they were amazing! My cat is very stand offish normally, but she was so loving towards the front desk guy when he went to pick her up. I was shocked! I will definitely be using them again!
The staff is so friendly and my dogies always come back happy!
Boarded my dog here twice. Never got the daily updates. Emailed for updates and never got a response. Called and Samantha said to look on the FB page for updates...my dog wasn't in any photos. Paid for daily day care while boarded but once I picked my dog up he was super hyper like he had been in a kennel for quiet a while. Will not be returning.
