Took a beautiful full coated Pom in for grooming. Whoever groomed her needs to go back to school. They cut her back hair short and uneven, left her leg hair long and dragging the ground but the worst of it is they shaved her butt completely. Whoever did this has never groomed a Pom before. It is hideous. I will never never go back to this dump.
Layla had an amazing day yesterday - the staff was friendly, caring and attentive! We will be back!!! She looked so precious too!

I brought my Shih Tzu and today to get groomed. As always they did a great job with Emma. She actually gets really happy when we walk in the door. I have never worried about leaving her there it's always been a very calming peaceful experience for her. The staff is so caring! I definitely recommend Happy Tails!

I have used Happy Tails for 5 years now. First, for my Pomeranian, Gracie, and now for our 50 lb Setter/Chow mix, Timmee. Timmee is a senior dog with hip and knee issues. Mechelle has always had a calming effect on our dogs and is a gentle, sweet groomer. The front desk listens to our concerns for our dogs' special needs and precautions are taken to ensure they are properly cared for.
After taking my dog to get groomed at both petsmart and petco and seeing how they treated my dog, I knew I had to find a new place. I'm glad I came across Happy Trails! I can not say enough good things about them! It was my first time coming here, but it definitely won't be my last! I loved how they made time to play with him throughout the day (something the other places couldn't offer because of liability issues.)The location was easy to find, nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful!
