RecommendedOur Ruger loves doggy day care! He doesn’t go as often as he wants but it allows him to get his crazy puppy energy out when he hasn’t been able to get exercise in our yard! Plus, the socialization is so good for him! Five ⭐️!
We took our Yorkie for a wash and groom, but came out the almost the same because he was acting “crazy.” She just trimmed his brows and paws and did the wash and they charged us full price. I didn’t get to see him before hand because she charged me before he came out. If he is acting crazy and couldn’t do his trim then don’t charge us like you did!! Really dissatisfied and will not come back!!!
They took their time with my baby who is a very nervous dog and has bitten other groomers in the past. They were very kind and compassionate and did a great job. My dog looks and feels the best she ever has.
We left our Lefty for a week there while we were in Jamaica. We are very pleased with his stay. We had no way to call due to being out of the country. A young woman sent pictures of lefty to us through instant messenger. It was pretty cool she took the time to do that. It ensured us not to worry while we were on vacation. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed.
For the last 10 years I have used Happy tails! They are the only business where I will leave my cat and dog. Even though I live 40 minutes away I still take them there. It is so worth the drive to know my animals are safe and happy. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The facility is always clean and I can kennel and have my pets groomed at the same location. They even offer daycare. I highly recommend Happy Tails.
I love the atmosphere when you enter the building. Good vibes and friendly. Most importantly is the communication. They don't just take your loved one and do the job. They greet you, welcome you and inform you which is important to me.
I have been going to Happy Tails for almost 20 years with several dogs - some who have passed away and some who are new - Becky and her staff are excellent, very warm with the pets and provide good care for all their clients. I recently had a new puppy, who was a hot mess, go through obedience training with Becky - my dog received very good training and we are looking forward to a bright future with an obedient dog! Thank you Becky and Happy Tails!
This is only our second time having Bridgette boarded here and we will be back for sure! They always take such great care of her and she is always so excited to go! Thank you Happy Tails for taking care of our girl💜
My Rottweiler/Australian Shepard (Altair) can be a little aggressive sometimes, so I don’t like him to be around a lot of other people, but mainly other animals (he’s never hurt another animal, I just like to be safe because I know what he’s capable of). Happy Tails staff is so loving and friendly towards my boy! ❤️ He’s missing a vaccination? No problem, they get it from the vet next door, super convenient and reasonably priced!
