BEST place to take your pet – Our black terrior didn't like having his front nails trimmed. He wasn't very nice about it, either. We had been expelled from groomers! The gals at Happy Tails gentled Fi'Bonocci, treated him with care and concern, and now he LOVES to go to the groomers. We also took my mom's Jack Russel when she visited. Best Dog Wash in Vancouver, WA – If you are looking for a kind and wounderful place to get your pet groomed this is the place to get it done, when we get there they have samples to look at on how short you want to go or what ever you want and what i like is they do not kennel so your pet wont freakout. The staff is wounderful and i highly recomend Happy Tails to everyone. I have a small dog its a lhasa/mallteese mix and they do an awsome job they even clean the butt glands so it doesn't smell anymore its wounderful

Do your Dog a Favor go someplace else – Happy Tails did me wrong. I drove across town in the snow and waited for half an hour When I walked in the owners dog wanted to attack mine and I was very uncomfortable with this. Then when I presented a coupon I had received they would not accept it. It was for a Full Spa Service for $22.50 well it ends up it should have read $22.50 off. Do you want Nordstrom style customer service? Do you want your dog groomed with pateince and a gentle touch? – I like Happy Tails Dog Wash and will NEVER take my animals anywhere else. I can tell the groomer exactly what I want, and presto, that is what I get. The customer service is (I think) better than Nordstrom. There's no snobbery. These are genuinely nice people who care a lot about you and your pets. I like the fact that there are no cages or kennels.
