I can not be happier with Sarah and Happy Tails. Tedde Bear, my Shih Tzu, always leaves beautiful and happy. My breeder, who breeds and shows champion Shih Tzu, raved over Tedde's cut. Sarah always seems to fit Tedde into her schedule, and many times has offered to pick him up before I leave for work in the morning. I want my little guy to be cute, but more importantly I want him to be comfortable and happy. At Happy Tails, I have no doubt that will happen.

HappyTails is just that!!! – Sarah & Jamie are amazing!!! Our weimaraner does not like water or having his nails trimmed. It is mesmerizing to see how easily Sarah can get him to do what she needs him to do. It's like she has a spell cast over him. He lets her bathe him & cut his nails with very little effort. He also loves to socialize with her dogs as well. When I bring him to her house, he first has to go out & play with her viszla. Love Love Love Sarah -- – Run, don't walk to see Sarah. Sarah is an excellent groomer -- I have years to share! She knows her stuff, she cares for the dog and she COSTS LESS than my all out treatment (same treatment, by the way) as the large pet stores with grooming shops. If you want a loving, non-caged environment, call Sarah. My Shih Tzu loves her and he doesn't like to be groomed!

GROOMER SARAH INJURED MY DOG – DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE BY SARAH. She burned my toy poodles face with her hot razor and used straight peroxide on my little girls teeth ( SHE BARFED ALL OVER MY CAR FROM IT) and refused to pay my vet bill. She burned him SO BAD that his skin fell off. Go to Googles website and look at my review and see the pictures of my little guys face. WORST GROOMER EVER – Sarah injured my dog and refused to take responsibility for my vet bills. She uses STRAIGHT PEROXIDE in your dogs mouth to clean the teeth and my little girl vomited all over my car. She finally wrote me a check for an amount I agreed to and THE CHECK IS NO GOOD, IT BOUNCED. Who is in their 40's, doesn't have a lousy $68.00 to their name and bounces a check that will cost $33.00 X 2. HAPPY DOG HAPPY DOG – Another wonder experience with our groomer Sarah. Molly our Scotty comes out with a sprint in her step she is so proud of how see looks. Watching Sarah work with your dog is wonderful, the care that is given to your pet the clipper and scissor work, making sure the dog is comfortable with the next step in grooming. Molly enjoys her time being groomed, for that extra personal touch Sarah is the groomer for us.

They Burnt My Dogs Face We moved here a few months ago, so I needed to find a groomer and come across Sarah's ad and decided to give her a try, IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER, SHE BURNED THE SIDE OF MY LITTLE GUYS FACE WITH HER HOT RAZOR. His hair and skin fell off and we talked about prior to her grooming him, she promised this WOULD NEVER HAPPEN. I took him to the vet and now she refuses to reimburse me for it. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE – I took my dogs to be groomed at $79.00 a dog and she BURNED THE SIDE OF HIS FACE. IT WAS SO BAD (3RD degree burn) THAT HE HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE VET. He had to be put on steroids and other meds, SHE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS, SHE IS THE PERSON THAT BURNED HIM, SHE SHOULD PAY FOR THE COST, NOT ME. I would not have these extra expenses, if she would of checked her razor AND NOT BURNED THE SIDE OF HIS FACE. If this can happen to my baby, it could happen to yours. Happy Tails Dog Wash is Best in Vancouver!! We have been taking our Havapoo to Happytails for the past couple years now. Our dog is always excited to go in and knows everyone. Sarah the owner is superb, kind and really cares about the animals. Crystal, the groomer does a fantastic job! She cuts just like we want. We like the fact there are no cages, all natural products and NO cage drying! The prices may be a bit higher than other places but my pet's health and safety are worth it!
