Dr. Diedrick was my vet when she was in IL. I was so sad to see her go! I Seriously have thought about flying in as I have struggled to find a vet I could trust since she left! She is the best vet with great knowledge and great compassion for animals and their owner! If your looking for a vet trust me this is the vet you want to go to!
Dr. Dietrich saved my cat on more than one occasion. We saw her for years while she practiced in Illinois. I can't tell you how much we miss her. To this day I still call her in her new office in CA to get her medical expertise for my cat family. Take your pet to Happy Tails and meet the wonderful Dr. Dietrich. Hands down I've never met a better Vet.
I took my kitten Chip in today for vaccine and a microchip. I work in the veterinary field and was so pleased to be the client today - there are few places that I will go and trust with the care of my animals but today Chip became a lifetime patient at Happy Tails! I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the receptionist to the technician to the veterinarian- a job really well done!
Dr. Dietrich took care of my cat a couple years ago, before she moved to this clinic. She was very compassionate with my cat while understanding of my financial means at the same time. Ultimately, I asked her to amputate a leg. She gave me all my options, from euthanasia to extensive reconstructive surgery. And we met at a happy medium of amputation. Dr. Diedrich is one of the best veterinarians we've ever met! She's thoughtful, caring, incredibly knowledgeable, and puts her heart into every moment of her work. She took excellent care of our kitty Roxy, loved her like she was one of her own, and also helped us through one of the hardest times in our lives when she became very ill. Dr. Diedrich is the best! You can tell she really cares about your pets and is willing to go out of her way to see that your pet gets the best care possible. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.
All three of my dogs have been Dr. Andre's patients for almost 2 years now. I met her by chance when I rushed in one of my pups on Thanksgiving 2 years ago, Dr. Andre was the vet on duty and she took such good care of my pup. She is by far the most caring vet I have ever encountered. Dr Andre really goes above and beyond to make sure your puppies are happy and healthy! She is very knowledgable and truly is one of a kind.
