Took one of my German Shepherds-Princess for a check up/wellness exam. The staff and Dr. Andre are fantastic. We had been looking to find a new vet for all our Shepherds and I'm sure we've got the best! They explained everything they were going to do with Princess and wanted to be sure she was comfortable and not scared. They recommended supplements and addressed princess'issue with her anal glands. Dr. D is the best! She is dedicated to her job and how she treats her patients. My cats and dog have received the best from her!
Once we hit the parking lot, my dog Zara knows where we are & gets so excited. Everyone that works here is amazing. I recommend all my fellow pet parents to go here. They really take there time explaining things so you're comfortable. My dog had TPLO surgery here & they have dealt with all my crazy worrisome calls during the entire process.
The best Vet! We have been to three other animal hospitals in town and Happy Tails by far surpassed them both. We have a 5 year old rottweiler and they treated him as if he was their own. He struggles with separation anxiety and veterinary settings in general. They were extremely patient with him and showed him tons of love. Today he was neutered, and they were amazing with all three of my phone calls throughout the day asking questions and checking on him.
