Just throw the whole practice away I wouldn’t recommend
My son had an appointment at 1. We arrived at 12:45 and he wasn’t called back until about 1:40, I had to go to the desk and ask how much longer before he was called. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes in the room. I had to ask how long would it be again before they sent someone in to see him. If you have an appointment you shouldn’t be waiting almost an hour.
This is the most unprofessional dentist office I've ever been in. You couldn't understand the dr., he didn't explain anything to me about my granddaughters cavities, I understood she had two, but no, she has 6. Needless to say, my granddaughters won't be going back there.

I was told by manager Sam to leave a good review for me being able to get cleaning the same day I went in for X-rays and exam after waiting for nearly 2 hrs. I ended up getting charged by manager Sam $290 for a procedure my insurance covered. I called insurance company day after procedure to find out they never sent an authorization to my insurance company for it to be approved.
