Probably the worst dentistry in the planet. The staff are very rude, the front desk are also beyond rude. I just wanted to re schedule and the “supervisor” hung up on me mid sentence on the phone. Then proceeded to deny when I called her multiple times.
RecommendedAnything worth having is worth working for - you have to work at it to get into the practice and to stay in it - Happy Smiles is so good that they are VERY BUSY. Don't fault the Doctor for inconveniences scheduling ~ been through every scenario with them on my side and theirs, and they do knock themselves out to accommodate when you keep their rules so they can see at least as many as they can. my appt was canceled because they said they didn't have any hygienists (how does that even happen?) and that they would call me to reschedule. I called 2 months later because they never called me. still no hygienists but they will call me to reschedule. it has now been about 5 months and no phone call. I will be going to a new dental office.
They called me a few weeks ago and canceled both my kids scheduled appointments saying there was no hygienist available in the facility. Haven’t heard from anyone to reschedule which is annoying because it takes MONTHS to get an appointment unless you have a major problem.
They are so good! I had a great dentist before but my insurance stopped covering them so I was really nervous to try somewhere new. I tried another dentist first and had the most awful experience, so I made an appointment with Happy Smiles when I knew I needed a few fillings... they are so wonderful! Everyone who works there is so friendly and they really care about your comfort.
I have been taking my entire family to Happy Smiles for over 5 years and I have always received exceptional service. From Desiree working hard to schedule and fit in appointments with our crazy schedule to Dr. Sachdeva making the best decisions for my family's dental care. This place is incredible and I would highly recommend!!
They will not help people in pain, just give them drugs.
