The dentist was great but I feel sorry for him having to work with such an incompetent female staff. They put up the wrong patient's Xrays and I had to tell them that's not mine. WOW. And they bickered constantly, inappropriate. They were extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Poor man needs a new staff!
My wife and I went to Happy Smiles under the impression that we were to see a Periodontist. We were told they would be there on Monday. Never happened. I was priced at $550 for a deep cleaning. With my Insurance. Unconscionable....We will wait until vacationing out of country to see a dentist...
I was in the office a week ago to get a couple of fillings. I arrived on time, entered the office, and the 2 people at the front desk area didn't acknowledge me at all. I stood at the desk waiting on someone to greet me, but there was some bickering going on and I was ignored. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible they don’t care if your in pain or not they will not make any adjustments to help you I’ve been suffering with a toothache for weeks it’s going into a month and a half no relief to help they are absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been.
Dentist is very nice and Compassionate. Everybody that works here is very nice no problems so far haven’t had any of the problems that these people are complaint about so far it’s been great.
Worst office ever! Took time off work for a dental exam AND cleaning today. After my exam they tell me that a cleaning will be $100. Ummmm my insurance covers cleanings 100%. They then proceed to tell me that my insurance doesn't cover this special type of cleaning, an "extra deep cleaning". I said I didn't want a special cleaning. I wanted a regular cleaning, the one my insurance covers. They refused to do it. They said they can only give me the cleaning the dentist recommends, which is the special one!!! This is the worst dentist office I've ever ever been to. As a retired EMT/ paramedic this is the worst supposedly medical professionals I believe I've ever in over 20yrs encountered. Starting with the insurance fraud they commit to the poor sanitary conditions they perform procedures under. Multiple state agencies will be receiving calls from me.
