Kay at Happy Salon is the BEST!!! I bounced from one salon to another for years, never quite comfortable with my color or style, until I found Kay. I totally trust her to make recommendations, listen to me & discuss options, and I always walk out feeling confident and pretty. Highly recommend them.
I arrived on time for my appointment, but my stylist accidentally took a walk-in appt exactly at the time when my appointment began! As a result I missed my best friends birthday dinner. I loved how they did my hair but just end up feeling really disappointed that nothing was offered in the way of a discount etc. :( it does not make me want to return because they seemed uninterested in doing right by me.
