RecommendedI love this store, their products and the self serve tub. However I have show up 2 times in the last month and they’ve been closed during their regular business hours. The first two were my fault for not checking their Facebook page before going but I stopped by today to use the self serve and was told it was closed and wouldn’t open for 4 days. I went on a road trip in July and went to Happy ReTales for some things to keep my dog entertained in the car. I went in today (a month later) and as soon as I walked in the guys says "hey! how was your trip??". I have never had a store care so much about its customers!
I just came in for a couple of cans of food after not being in the store for a very long time. What a wonderful experience! Staff was informative, helpful, and sent me home with a sample of calming aids for my sweet older pup. So many pretty and fun things to choose from and knowing proceeds go to local rescues is awesome! Thank you!

They give back to so many wonderful rescues in Middle Tennessee. Good service and great products.
My husband and I are adopting a sweet rescue on Saturday-I went in to chat with Brooke about what I need to have on hand when we pick her up and what to expect (we haven’t had a rescue before and our new girl has had a tough life in her 3 young years). Wow-Brooke went above and beyond, we can’t wait until Sadie is adjusted and can come with us on a trip to Happy Retales!
