Amazing place! First time there this evening. Incredible customer service and just the nicest people, and the sweetest dog, Pickles, behind the counter ! I cannot WAIT to come back . We and Lucy love love love Trey! He is absolutely the best! It takes about 8 hours to groom Lucy, who is a 130 pound great pyrenees dog. We have taken Lucy to Trey for about 6 years and she wags her big butt from the car to the store to visit her best friend, Trey. We can't rave enough about him, and their store. I spend a fortune each time I visit, roughly every two weeks, and this business is the epitome of a pet store. Yes, their prices are higher than your commercial pet stores, but it’s worth every penny because it’s more of a personal feeling shopping for your pets and you want only the best for them. I buy mostly treats and toys for both our dogs. Also, their specially baked cookies are the best, according to Bruno and Zoe! I only go to Happy Retales for my dog's food, treats and grooming. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have plenty of healthy products in the store.
The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. One of my dogs had a stroke and stopped eating and they really helped me during this difficult time by suggesting items I never thought of. I also like that they sell good food options. The other items they sell are a bonus on top of everything else! Happy Retales is a Win Win Win!
