John has been excellent in numerous projects around our HOA. He recently was able to fix a major leak underneath concrete in a matter of a few days at very reasonable rate. It was so important to have this done in a timely manner as most things are closed during COVID-19 and water is essential need. He is excellent at communicating and getting the job done right?
