Clayton is Doing a great job. Still have a couple odd ends to finish. Very professional ad respectful not only to me and my husband but to his fellow team members which is very important from a team coming into other peoples homes. Very informative about what’s going on and double checks things. He also puts up with my repeated questions.
Clayton (the technician) was great. He was open and honest with me about the situation and was very helpful. I would personally hire him to do more plumbing work for me in the future no problem. I did not appreciate how the office kept telling me the driver was on the way only to have someone show up 20 hours later after being stood up for a whole afternoon without any communication. ****I wanted to edit this review and add a star due to the fact that they did refund my diagnostic fee. Credit where credit is due.
