Phenomenal service from start to finish. The technician was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my furnace instead of rushing through the visit. He diagnosed the issue quickly. Highly recommend this company for honest and professional HVAC service.
Contacted the AI answering service today (12/27) on 3 different occasions, texted the number on the website, and also Facebook messaged this company as well. Haven’t heard back from anyone. The AI answering service tells me someone will be out between 4:30-6:30 today and then at 7:15 pm tells me someone will contact me ASAP. Not sure who owns this company but they advertise being prompt and having 24/7 service. This isn’t the case. De’Jhon was fantastic! He got here shortly after we called the office reporting there was an issue/clog somewhere in the pipe. De’Jhon was personable and professional and got the job done quick. Great service. We are very pleased!
Leighton was the ultimate professional. He did an amazing job communicating w/me on his arrival time, estimates, and recommendations. In a short time, he expertly fixed my plumbing problems. We will definitely be calling him to take care of any future plumbing needs of our rentals in Oxford.
Best plumbing work I’ve ever had done. Shannon was so nice and polite and hardworking!!! Him and his partner today got me fixed up in record timing and worked so efficiently. They had to undo a lot of shotty work done by the previous “plumber”, and the did a phenomenal job. The whole experience was super fast. Within DAYS of accepting the estimate, they were out here working. I can’t put into words how much I appreciate Shannon and the whole GreenPro team!!
