Prompt and professional service from start to finish. I called at 12:15 and the service technician, Shannon, was on his way to my home within an hour. Shannon diagnosed my slow-draining tub and toilet as roots in my sewer line. ( I have a septic tank. ) He cut into the pipe to reveal the line was completely filled with roots. That section was cut out and a new piece was installed. Shannon was polite, friendly, and worked efficiently. I will call again when my tank needs pumping out. Super service!

Had a leak in an old cast iron pipe running behind my dishwasher. Clayton came out and was able to troubleshoot and present multiple options to fix within just a few minutes of arriving. Extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining it all. Very happy with how everything went. Will certainly use again.
