Leighton was the ultimate professional. He did an amazing job communicating w/me on his arrival time, estimates, and recommendations. In a short time, he expertly fixed my plumbing problems. We will definitely be calling him to take care of any future plumbing needs of our rentals in Oxford.
Best plumbing work I’ve ever had done. Shannon was so nice and polite and hardworking!!! Him and his partner today got me fixed up in record timing and worked so efficiently. They had to undo a lot of shotty work done by the previous “plumber”, and the did a phenomenal job. The whole experience was super fast. Within DAYS of accepting the estimate, they were out here working. I can’t put into words how much I appreciate Shannon and the whole GreenPro team!!
Jonathan was most efficient with inspection and servicing my septic needs. Very polite and answered any questions I had concerning septic care. He and Lee, his co-worker were both very professional with their work. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to have the septic tank pumped and everything was ok. Next inspection will be in 3 years. Thanks for the service!
From the very first contact, the customer service at Happy Pipes was great. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming, and the receptionist who scheduled my appointment was just as pleasant and helpful. They installed a drain for my business, and my technician, Leighton, was very knowledgeable, informative, and kind throughout the entire process. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend Happy Pipes to anyone!
Was punctual, courteous and explained everything he was doing beforehand. Sent detailed photos of the most urgent repair before and after. Happy pipes is helping resolve the whole plumbing/septic issue and I will update further when its completed. So far, I'm very pleased and would use them again.
