it a great clinic and the staff are very friendly
we took my baby girl on 5/14/2020 and the staff was so nice. and did a wonderful job. and they made it where I could afford it. sent my baby girl Zoey home with all she need. the only thing I I would say to fix is to get a other phone for people to call for drop of and pick up
Happy Paws is a Great Service for our communities. The volunteers and Staff are Great! My animals have always gotten the best of care there.
Have had several dogs spayed and nutered for myself and my family and they are very nice and friendly. My cat had issues after where she jumped and pulled stitches open and they met me there and checked her out and gave her attention and meds to help with healing. They are awesome! I recommend them to everyone!
I've tried calling and mailbox is full. I have a question about an upcoming appointment.
Apart from the vet herself, the rest of the staff is very bossy and rude. I had a nurse come up to my car and tell me I needed to let me dog use the bathroom even though she had used the bathroom right before we came there. After my dog was fixed, they told me to bring her back in two weeks to have her stitches taken out. When I brought her back the same nurse demanded that I take her on a walk before I brought her in. Just a recommendation but could you list pricing for this service i know it might range but give some type of pricing so we will know if it fits our budget, and also is there any discount for military or disabled or multiple pets? this would be very helpful since no one answers the phone.
How am I supposed to get ahold of you all to make an appointment when your voice mail is full so I can’t leave a message and the recording says in order to get an appointment you have to leave a message?? I’m upset about this. I need to bring my cat in ASAP. Very poor business set up. Answer the stupid phone or check your voicemail?!?!?
