Was denied adoption because I said I MAY get my cat declawed, and stated I was open to opinions. Last time I owned a cat (early 90's), declawing was routine, and even most shelters did it. How was I supposed to know it's considered inhumane now? How about stating you don't allow declawing, and explain why, on your website, instead of having someone waste 30 minutes of their lives filling out an application, with what is basically a "trick, gotcha" question?
