Had been taking my babies there for nearly 5 years. Never had an issue, they ALWAYS took GREAT care of us and our babies. Listened to what we wanted and worked with us very well. Recently there must have been a staff change and the new girl there argued with what we wanted when seven NEVER had the “issues” she brought up. Not only did she want to charge us the matted price for two tangles that were going to be cut off anyway, but the cut job on both dogs is TERRIBLE. Completely uneven shave. Recommendedvery professional and awesome place for my baby spots
Very unprofessional i took my chihuhuas and he said he could not do it because my dogs bite him they where only 5 minutes at the groom i took them to another pet groomer at mc combs and they did not have any problem with them and they did a great job in 2 hours with 3 chihuhuas

Very upset with grooming service.. asked for no shave and teddy bear face and he was just shaved evenly all over...
