I am very disappointed in the service that was provided on my puppy today. I was told that the a simple bath, brush, and cut would take 2-3 hours. No problem. Went back in 3 hours because I never received a phone call. My puppy was still sitting in the kennel untouched. The groomer said to give her an extra 30 minutes and she’d be done grooming my puppy. My Elvis loved his pampering he got at the Northeast location. I do recommend and will be going more often. The employees were very informative and nice.
Took my dog here yesterday and I am so happy I found this place not only did my dog look and smell amazing he was not scared when I picked him up so I know he was treated right . They got his hair cut just right and I’m so so pleased Thank you Happy Paws for treating my dog like a king !!!
The personnel and professionalism at Happy Paws are of the highest standards. Our pets are treated with extreme care and they come home looking and smelling terrific...Happy Paws is El Paso's finest and I highly recommend this great business!
took my poodle today and he got a complete wash and cut and nail trim for 25 $ loved it I definitely will be back
my dog has been there since 11 this morning went at 4 when I got out of work said that I can pick her up because she had pooped and they rewashed her again went back at 6:15 apparently she was already done but no one had called me manager was there and told me that she look good and I told her that they took too long with her and her excuse was because she had a lot of dogs that's not my problem don't take on more than what you can chew she proceeded to argue with me when then I just left and told her I was never coming back... read more
