I had a wonderful experience at Happy Nails! I was a late walk in after I called to confirm their closing time. They were kind enough to take me close to closing and pampered my nails and did an excellent job. I was out and done within an hour and very satisfied with my nails! Ladies were very friendly and sweet. I will make this my go to nail salon when in San Diego.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I definitely would, no exaggeration. I received am abnormally painful “deep tissue” arm and hand massage that hurt days after, was overcharged WAY too much, and then when I contacted this place to try to a request a refund, was completely ignored! This place is AWFUL. I have been here a total of 3 times: 2 times in the past, and once recent in later June of this year. I loved getting my nails done at Happy Nails. The service and attention were excellent. Hong and Hana are the best—super professional and detail-oriented. The place is spotless, very clean and pleasant. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and friendly attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Terrible experience. The staff here are so RUDE. I picked a nail color for the nail tech to tell me she hates that color. Another lady came in with her young daughter, and said she had an appointment. The nail tech said she had to wait. The lady politely reminded her that she had an appointment. The nail tech said so we are busy. If you want to go somewhere that you are verbally admonished, dirty looks and poor service, this is the one.
