awful awful👎👎👎 Do yourself a favor and don't go here! I went in just to get my nails done and left completely disappointed. There’s a man named Lee who did my nails and it was honestly such a horrible experience. He didn’t even do a proper manicure, just slapped the product on my nails with no care. It was so bad that I honestly felt like cutting my fingers off. Please avoid this place at all costs! awful awful
Not a good experience. A very bad and rushed manicure by the only male who was there. He should just manage the place not do manicures. A complete waste of money. Also the tools and towels he used did not look clean to me.
This nail salon is an overpriced disappointment. The cleanliness is questionable at best, making it hard to relax when you’re worried about sanitation. Customer service is a gamble—some nail techs are kind and attentive, while others act like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up. Don’t even think about asking for adjustments like water temperature; you’ll be met with eye rolls and attitude. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and client appreciation.

I pointed out she cut my nails super short she just told me it would break off easily and that’s a damn lie. She sprayed hydrogen peroxide and one of my nails stung cuz she broke the skin. And the final piece was when I was done and left and there was heavy hard clumps under my nails. And I still ripped her $10. Just cat eyes manicure and it took an ho... read more
