Not only was my manicure a painful experience, but it was unsanitary. After one of my cuticles were cut due to careless handling an obviously used and worn nail buffer was used. They use a low quality nail glue to insure that you'll be back. My nail tech himself had a hard time keeping the fake nail attached to my actual nail before applying the acrylic. I'm so positiv shocked :) I had a great service ,exactly the way I wanted my eyebrows and I'm a very picky person !! Very friendly and caring ! Specially the girl angel,I recommend her !!:)

Horrible service. I waited an hour in the pedicure tub no one asked me if I was ok or apologized. When I finally got my pedicure the water was cold. I got a full set of nails and before the nails were even done drying the stylist walked out. The paint was awful and chunky so I asked someone there to redo them. She told me that they had a lot of people call out that's why I had to wait so long but there was a stylist sitting at the desk on Facebook. I will never go back they were too expensive for such horrible Service don't ... read more

I went to get a set of acrylic nails put on last week and the guy that was standing at the desk didnt greet me just asked what I wanted. He told me to go sit in a certain seat and a lady started doing my nails. She kept asking if I wanted other things done. I kept telling her no. When she was done I realized I had left my wallet so I had to call someone and wait. I took my sister here to get a 'polish only' manicure. I told the woman who greeted us that's all she 'd be getting. She asked to look at my sister's nails, and then preceeded to ask her if she was sure she only wanted a polish manicure and not acrylic nails. I was upset by this due to the fact that I was paying for the service and she was just looking to make money.
