The woman that gave me a facial (european facial) didnt even wear gloves ...I peaked and noticed while she was doing extraction s. And she barely even massaged my neck not worth the $72 I was charged when the website clearly states $65 without clarification that pricing varies upon location. The mani + pedi i got was also pretty horrible just all around poor service and quality.
I used to live at Stella across the street and stumbled into this place because it was close and convenient and I’m so glad I did!! I used to HATE getting my nails done - but not only is this place well priced - they are FAST. I come in for a gel mani and pedi whenever I can and I am in and out in max 45 mins. The nail techs are very friendly and warm. The offer cold bottled water for free if you ask. The 3 stars is for the rushed service and limited choice of gel colors. Too many dipped colors and no jelly or non-opaque colors. The hand filed off my previous gels while using a Dremel tool on my friend. Having gels hand filed off is not normal for me and seems more damaging.
