The nail techs are very friendly and warm. The offer cold bottled water for free if you ask. The 3 stars is for the rushed service and limited choice of gel colors. Too many dipped colors and no jelly or non-opaque colors. The hand filed off my previous gels while using a Dremel tool on my friend. Having gels hand filed off is not normal for me and seems more damaging. I get the impression appointment times are not taken seriously. Go if you have time to just sit and wait and especially if they “fit you in” - possibly even if you have an appt from before, you will just wait. And no real ETA is communicated.
