The owners **** *************** ****** (****** ******, ) hired staff beginning august of 2024. Their were payroll issues immediately after starting work, the owners kept spinning a story that their wasnt a money issue just an ongoing payroll issue with the previous owner.All of that is a lie, turns out the llc we and business license we were working under expired in 2023& 2024 The owners didnt pay out our last 2 checks to (4/19-5/3) (5/3-5/17) any of the 5 employees they had. Horrible management, he do not pay his employees, fraud , and his LLC is NGS with the state. **** ****** do not have a nail license nor do he has a business license.

I came in for a pedicure and I asked her to round out my nails because I get ingrown toenails. As she started to clip my nails she took the corners of my toenails and cut the sides and then stripped it down to the bottom in a swift motion. It hurt so bad I felt sick. She proceeded to do this a second time even though I told her to stop and that it hurt so much. I finally got her to not do the same thing on the next toenail. May 3 2021 went in for a no chip pedicure and they did a horrible job. It was my first getting any service at this salon. The seats were dirty and the person handling the pedicure had the dirtiest tools. Definitely not ***** compliant. I was In shock at the service and the salons lack of cleanliness. The experience went a little like this. I just dunked my feet in the water for 1 minute and she just harshly rushed through the service and it all lasted 15minutes.
