I have never had such a rude experience. I arrived a few minutes late and the lady kept looking at the clock in disgust like I was 10 minutes late and threw her appointment book in the chair twice. My hand was as flexible as I could make it but she kept yanking at me and slapping my hand. She got up 4 times to walk around me and adjust my hand in the UV light???She was wearing a headset and an earbud the entire time. Having a manicure is a luxury that I should not be abused and punished for. I will never ever go back to HAPP... read more

4/24/24 I'm moving on to a different place after going here for 2 years and having Betty. My mani/pedi appointment a couple weeks ago was where I drew the line. She doesn't speak Engish well and never talks or smiles. Ten minutes or so into my appointment she had what appeared to be a heated argument with owner Jenny (no English, but it was an obvious loud argument.) Betty slammed/bambed the remainder of my appointment. When she got to my nails I accidently gave her the wrong hand and she sternly hit my hand while pushing it... read more
